• Telegram ID: Used solely to deliver your betting alerts. Collected when you connect your Telegram account during onboarding.
• Billing information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Betting preferences: Sports, sportsbooks, and bankroll size you select during onboarding. Used to personalize your alerts.
• Bet tracking data: Only if you voluntarily use the "PLACED" button on alerts. We track which alerts you acted on and game outcomes.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, address, or phone number
• We do not access your sportsbook accounts
• We do not track your browsing activity
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on our website
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Deliver personalized betting alerts to your Telegram
• Process your subscription payment via Stripe
• Track your bet results (only if you opt in by tapping "PLACED")
• Improve our edge detection algorithms (aggregated, anonymized data only)

4. Data Storage

Your preferences and bet tracking data are stored on our private infrastructure. We do not use third-party cloud AI services to process your data. All AI analysis runs on our own hardware.

5. Data Retention

Bet tracking data is retained for 30 days. If you cancel your subscription, your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram: Delivers alerts. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• The Odds API: Provides odds data. We send no user data to this service.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Cancel your subscription
• Disconnect your Telegram account
