1. Service Description

SharpEdge AI ("SharpEdge", "we", "us") is a sports betting data analytics and information tool. We scan publicly available odds data from licensed sportsbooks, calculate statistical metrics, and deliver alerts via Telegram. We are NOT a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or facilitate bets.

2. Not Gambling Advice

SharpEdge provides data analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our alerts, edge calculations, Kelly criterion sizing, and AI analysis are NOT gambling advice, financial advice, or recommendations to place specific bets. All betting decisions are made solely by you on your own licensed sportsbook accounts. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Subscription and Billing

SharpEdge costs $49 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests made within 7 days of your initial subscription will be honored in full, no questions asked. Refunds after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@sharpedgeai.app for refund requests.

5. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use SharpEdge.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or share your SharpEdge subscription or alerts
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from SharpEdge
Reverse engineer the edge calculation algorithms
Use SharpEdge for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

SharpEdge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data, edge calculations, or AI analysis. We are not liable for any losses incurred from betting decisions made using our service. Sports betting involves risk of financial loss. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal personal data: your Telegram ID for alert delivery and your Stripe billing information for payment processing. We do not sell your data. We do not track your betting activity beyond what you voluntarily report through our bet tracking feature. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SharpEdge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram.
